Eligible orders of $49 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders below $49 are generally subject to a standard shipping charge of $6.99.

Shipping carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, India Post, UniUni, or another appropriate carrier depending on the order, destination, fulfillment location, and service availability.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 7 days from delivery, subject to the requirements and conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be unused to qualify for a standard return. For eligible returns, Sellzoa covers the applicable return shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for exchange or replacement following review and verification.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 days after the applicable return has been received, reviewed, and approved. The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
