Shipping Policy

Fast Dispatch Guaranteed: All orders are packed within 1 business day and dispatched the same day when placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We understand that fast delivery matters. That is why we have streamlined our fulfillment process to get your order out the door as quickly as possible:
- Packing Time: All orders are packed within 1 business day of receiving payment confirmation
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched the same day they are packed
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are dispatched the same day
- Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays are processed and dispatched on the next business day
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order
- Dispatch Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility
Pro Tip: Place your order before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday for the fastest dispatch. Most orders placed before the cut-off are on the truck the same day!
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Choose the shipping method that works best for you:

2.1 Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders totaling $35 or more after discounts and before taxes
- Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no code needed
- Free shipping is sent via Standard Shipping method (5–7 business days)
- Orders under $35 are charged a flat $4.99 Standard Shipping fee
2.2 Express Shipping
- Available for all orders regardless of order value
- Flat rate of $9.99 per order
- Delivery in 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Express orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are dispatched the same day
- Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order:
Order Placed
You place your order and receive confirmation within 30 minutes.
Packed & Dispatched
Order packed within 1 business day and dispatched same day (if before 2 PM EST).
In Transit
Standard: 5–7 business days. Express: 2–3 business days.
Delivered
Order arrives at your doorstep. Tracking shows “Delivered.”
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched
- You can also track your order by logging into your My Account page on sellzoa.com
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
- If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@sellzoa.com
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please review the following restrictions before placing your order:
- PO Boxes: Standard Shipping is available to PO Boxes. Express Shipping requires a physical street address
- APO/FPO/DPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only. Delivery may take 10–15 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: Standard delivery may take 8–12 business days. Express shipping is available but may take 3–5 business days
- Puerto Rico & US Territories: Standard Shipping only. Delivery times may be extended
- International Shipping: Currently not available. We only ship within the United States at this time
- Hazardous Products: Some products (e.g., aerosols, flammable items) may have shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to certain locations
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing or arrives damaged. Here is how we handle these situations:
6.1 Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, contact us within 48 hours
- We will open an investigation with the carrier
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement
- Investigations typically take 5–10 business days
6.2 Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the outer box and damaged items before opening fully
- Email the photos to info@sellzoa.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will provide a full refund or free replacement — no return needed in most cases
6.3 Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of theft transfers to the customer
- We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package
- If theft is suspected, contact us immediately and we will assist with the carrier investigation
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout
- If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@sellzoa.com
- Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer’s expense
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or dispatched
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled
- To request a modification or cancellation, email info@sellzoa.com immediately with your Order ID
9. Shipping During Sale Events
During high-volume sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons), please expect the following:
- Processing time may extend to 1–2 business days due to high order volume
- Delivery times may be delayed by 1–3 business days due to carrier volume
- We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery
- Free shipping and Express Shipping policies remain unchanged during sale events
